Mango Ginger Smoothie

Mango Ginger Smoothie

Looking for a healthy kickstart to your day? Smoothies can be a great place to start. But, not all smoothies are created equal.

Jef Play around with the veggy additions as they can add great colour. Today I tried a bit of Beet; a little goes along way with beet, but it had such great colour. Chard instead of spinach works and I've added Purple Yam a few times too. Great way to sneak raw veggies into your diet!!
Natalie Browne Thanks, Dana! There's nothing wrong with a spinach, banana and PB smoothie, but it is fun to play around a little. The mango and ginger go together so nicely and makes for a nice, tropical taste.

Jen Freese I would love to win this because due to medicines I need to take I have gained quite a bit of weight. I am always on the look out for healthy recipes; this looks amazing!
