Every family has their easy, go-to dinners that they fall back on from time to time. At our house, it’s salmon. We have a meal with it almost every week.
So, here’s the thing. I was pretty sure that once January hit, things would slow down a little.
As I sit down to write this post, I just realized it’s been four weeks since I’ve posted any new recipes. FOUR WEEKS! It’s also my first post on my newly renovated website.
Can you believe that it’s 2016 tomorrow? I always enjoy the start of a new year. It’s always so full of promise and positive energy.
I know, I know, Christmas is only a few days away and everyone is busy finishing up with all the last minute things that come with it, but can we all just take a minute to think about January?
