Several weeks back, my husband and I were out for dinner at a local steakhouse. One of the dishes we ordered was a trio of petite filets, each with their own sauce.
This recipe was the result of two completely unrelated ideas that came together into one perfectly spicy, tangy and completely delicious sandwich.
The first inspiration was Cinco de Mayo.
