Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Kabobs

Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Kabobs

Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Kabobs It’s BBQ season!!! Sorry if I seem a bit excited. I tend to get that way when summer arrives.

Natalie Browne LOL! Thank you! Grilled pineapple is delicious on it's own. It gets extra sweet, but it also goes really nicely with chicken
Tracy @ Served From Scratch It is TOTALLY BBQ Season! I'm just as excited as you! And I'm also shocked I've never thought of putting pineapple on my kabobs before! It's like I've been living under a rock because of COURSE! They look delish!

Bacony Kale Eggs Benny

Bacony Kale Eggs Benny

Over the past month or so, I’ve been having a little love affair with poached eggs. It all started in April, when I was away on vacation.

Natalie Browne Thanks so much! I've never tried a sous vide machine before, but I'm completely curious. I can see how it would be an obsession ;)
Isabelle @ Crumb Nice to see I'm not the only one who's having a mini love affair with poached eggs. I got myself a sous vide machine for Christmas after discovering the beauty that is sous vide poached eggs, and now I'm more obsessed than ever. This sounds like a lovely change of pace from the classic eggs benny. That creamy feta sauce is totally calling my name!

Chimichurri

Chimichurri Sauce

Several weeks back, my husband and I were out for dinner at a local steakhouse. One of the dishes we ordered was a trio of petite filets, each with their own sauce.

Natalie Browne Happy Mother's Day! Cilantro Chutney sounds delicious, as well!
Suchitra Always wondered what Chimichurri was! It is similar to our cilantro chutney. Will definitely try it as I aways have lots of leftover parsley! Thanks for sharing! Happy Mother's Day!

Food As Its Authentic Self

A good read on the importance of knowing where your food comes from and how it’s produced. If you haven’t had a chance to read the Omnivore’s Dilema, I highly recommend it.
